Vipul Mehta (born 1979) originating from Amritsar, Punjab, India〔(Indian Express: 'Indian Idol' Vipul Mehta wants to croon for Sunny Deol )〕 is an Indian singer who on 1 September 2012 won the title of ''Indian Idol'' in season 6 of the show. His debut single was "Rowaan Mein" written and composed by Asad Chohan and produced by Ali Mustafa.
